1. Introduction
Welcome to SignProConnect, a platform operated by HyperStream LTD and intended for use primarily within the United Kingdom! Our mission is to provide a safe, respectful, and professional online environment where clients can connect with skilled sign installation professionals, and installers can find relevant job opportunities, all while adhering to relevant UK standards. This Code of Conduct outlines the standards we expect from all users of our platform. By using SignProConnect, you agree to abide by these principles.
2. Our Core Principles
- Professionalism: Conduct all interactions, whether in job postings, profiles, communications, or service delivery, with the highest degree of professionalism.
- Respect: Treat all users – clients, installers, and SignProConnect staff – with courtesy, dignity, and respect, regardless of background, experience, or opinion.
- Integrity: Be honest and transparent in all your dealings. Accurately represent your skills, qualifications, job requirements, and pricing.
- Reliability: Honour commitments made on the platform. Clients should provide clear briefs and timely payments for agreed work. Installers should deliver work to the agreed standards and timelines.

3. Expected Conduct for All Users
As a user of SignProConnect, you are expected to:
- Be Clear and Accurate: Provide truthful and non-misleading information in your profile, job postings, bids, and communications. For example, clients should accurately describe job scope, and installers should accurately represent their skills and certifications.
- Communicate Respectfully: Engage in polite, constructive, and professional communication. Avoid offensive language, personal attacks, or any form of harassment.
- Honor Agreements: Once a job is awarded and terms are agreed upon through the platform, both parties are expected to fulfill their respective obligations.
- Protect Privacy: Respect the privacy of other users. Do not share personal contact information or other sensitive data publicly or misuse any information obtained through the platform. Refer to our Privacy Policy (link to be added when available) for more details.
